Refund and Cancellation Policy

At The Breakthrough Weekend, we understand that life can be unpredictable. To ensure a smooth experience for all everyone, we have established the following refund policy:

Full Refund Policy:

100 % Full Refund
A full 100% refund will be processed if the cancellation is made more than 30 days before The Breakthrough Weekend.

No Refund Policy:
Less than 30 Days Before the Event: No refunds will be processed if a cancellation is made within 30 days (1 month) before The Breakthrough Weekend

Full Refund until the following date for the upcoming Breakthrough Weekends
For the October 2024 – 9 September 2024
For the February 2025 – 5 January 2025

Exceptional Circumstances:
In case of exceptional circumstances such as an emergency or an unforeseen medical situation, we offer the option to roll over your investment as a credit for the next Breakthrough Weekend**.

**This is subject to the conditions below:

Minimum Notice: To roll over your investment as credit, we require a minimum notice of 14 days (2 weeks) before the event.
Short Notice: If you are unable to provide a 14-day notice, please note that only 25% of your investment can be carried forward as credit towards the next edition of The Breakthrough Weekend.
